Membership in ARTC has grown to nearly 10,000, with fourteen affiliated local groups, all dedicated to be of service to others.

Primary concerns have been financial security, health benefits, and fellowship. Political alertness to the soundness of the pension fund, attention to the advisability and availability of health insurance coverage, and timely newsletters, complemented by Fall and Spring banquets, serve these goals
